RULES AND REGULATIONS OF RAAJ ACADEMY

(The following Rules and Regulations are applicable to ALL THE STUDENTS of Raaj Academy)

• Course fee can be paid in Cash/Cash Deposit in Bank / Online Transfer /Google Pay / Phone pay / Amazon Pay.
• Course fee cannot be transferred to any other course offered by the Academy.
• Complete fee must be paid at the time of admission.
• Fee once paid is not refundable or transferable. No request will be entertained in this regard.
• Any revision in the course fee or any other fees will be at the discretion of the Academy.
• No refund will be done if a student discontinues the course after attending 1 session (i.e. 2 hours). In such cases, payment of full fee is mandatory for the student to receive the study materials
• Fee once paid will be refunded only if the student has not attended even a single session of our class and has not received any of our study materials. The refund may take 4 to 6 days.
• Study materials will be issued only after the complete payment of Course fee.
• Students should not reproduce, distribute, or transmit study materials and videos provided by Raaj Academy in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods.
• Study materials, Videos and tests provided by the academy are for private and personal use only and should not be used for any other commercial purposes
• Students can also purchase study materials at the academy in person by cash payment.
• Study materials for postal and online coaching students will be posted in two days after the receipt of the course fee.
• Study materials will be posted through India Post registered parcel service only. Additional courier charges have to be paid by the student if study materials are posted through courier.
• The Academy will not take responsibility for postal delays.
• Assessment, Online Practice and Mock tests will be conducted through our website
• Students will be regularly guided and mentored through YouTube, WhatsApp, Email or Phone call.
• Aspirants must follow up and do homework regularly.
• Students attending regular classroom coaching should not indulge in any kind of nuisance or violence at the premises of the academy. Entry of such students will be restricted.
• Submission of online application with passport size photograph and signature is a must for all the students
• It is the responsibility of the students to attend all physical & online classes and tests.
• Timings and course details are tentative and subject to change.
• It is mandatory for all the students to share their Hall ticket and results with the academy.

In case of any emergency situation like a pandemic, the academy will adhere to the norms laid by the government regarding the same. In such situations, physical classroom sessions will be converted to online mode till the resumption of the normal situation. Students must be ready to co-operate and adapt themselves to such inevitable measures for their own wellbeing.
